User guide

ORYZA2000 is a process-based rice growth model integrated into LandscapeDNDC as a vegetation module.

Model structure

ORYZA2000 simulates rice phenological development, canopy expansion, photosynthesis, respiration, biomass partitioning, root growth, drought stress, and nitrogen-related plant processes. Within LandscapeDNDC, the model can either be used in a near-original standalone-like configuration or be coupled to LandscapeDNDC modules for microclimate, soil water, and soil biogeochemistry.
