Forest harvest, thinning and regrow output

One line per species and event (harvest, thin or regrow) on the day of the event. Regrow (coppicing in short rotation systems) only affects aboveground parts; the old bud pool is replaced by new buds and counts as removed. Compartments as in physiology-daily: foliage (fol), fruit/buds (fru), fine roots (frt), living (sap) wood (lst) and dead (core) wood (dst), wood split into above- and belowground parts. "dX_comp" is the amount removed from the tree, "dX_comp_export" the part of it exported from the site; the rest (dX_litter_above, dX_litter_below) enters the litter.
