Pool class definition: A pool is defined through the attributes name, mass, delta, R, F and SP.
name is used to read initial mass from the initialisation file specified in config.json
mass represents the total mass of all isotopic species of the pool. Units are defined from the model output.
delta is the value according to the corresponding 



R is the isotope ratio of the pool and is used for fractionation calculations.
F is the atom fraction of the pool and is used for mixing calculations
SP is the site preference of the pool and only used for species that have isotopomers, which is indicated by the attribute sp_at_formation in the processes section of the model.json file
