Spatial partitioning of woody/structural tissue.

Living (sapwood mSap, living structural matter dw_lst) and dead (corewood mCor, dead structural matter dw_dst) tissue are separate pools. The fractions below do NOT split living from dead; they distribute each pool in space, separately, because the pools are located differently:

living tissue: stem axis (trunk + crown), branches, roots
dead tissue: stem axis and tap root only (no branches)
